Capcom has recently made everything right, with games such as Monster Hunter World, Resident Evil 7: Biohazard, and Resident Evil 2 performing exceptionally well. And it appears that they are still doing so since Capcom has updated its million-seller chart.
Monster Hunter World is Capcom’s best-selling game of all time, having sold 17.3 million copies since its debut in 2018. Resident Evil 7: Biohazard appears to have benefited from the release of Village, as it is now Capcom’s second most sold game of all time, with 9.8 million copies sold (an increase of 800,000 since May), certainly putting a smile on the faces of both players and stockholders.
Village itself is doing well, having sold 4.5 million copies, with RE2(2019) selling 8.6 million and RE 3(2020) selling 4.4 million.
