Enter a world of VR Survival Horror
If you love Resident Evil (Biohazard) and you live in Japan, we’ve got good news.
A new VR attraction is debuting on July 19 at Ikebukuro Capcom Plaza in Tokyo, Japan.
Biohazard Valiant Raid is a VR experience where players will take the role of Umbrella Security Service as they investigate a laboratory where the situation becomes nightmarish.
Capcom has been teasing the production of bringing the iconic survival horror experience to VR for several months now. We’re really excited to see both a launch date and a reveal trailer.
A lot is still unknown
According to Capcom’s reservation page for Valiant Raid, up to four players can play together. If you’re missing people Capcom will add people from the waiting area to your team.
There are two listed prices for the experience, Deluxe Edition at 2,500 yen per player and Normal Edition for 2,200. We don’t know much about the functionality or the environment yet. However, this is something Resident Evil fans have been wanting to see for a long time.
If you’re needing an excuse to book a Japanese vacation, now is your chance! Capcom has already begun taking reservations for Valiant Raid.
Head over to Capcom’s website to book your reservation.
