Daymare Gets H.A.D.E.S. Dead End Mode in Free Update

Invader Studios’ Daymare: 1998 has a special place in our hearts as a love letter to the classic Resident Evil installments. We love what the Italian studio is doing with this game, so we’re happy to tell you that they’ll be adding brand new content to their passion project.

Titled H.A.D.E.S. Dead End, this new mode puts you in the boots of Liev, H.A.D.E.S.’s best operative. Your task is to clean up this godforsaken mess, and as quickly as possible. The Clean Slate Protocol is in full effect and the clock is racing!

Dead End has a standard version, but it also has a second modification. In this mode, your gameplay has random variables, some as mundane as limiting your resources, some as wild, random hallucinations.

You can choose from four classes: Scout, Assault, Heavy, or Medic. Each has its own tactical advantages and disadvantages, lending to multiple approaches to your challenges.

This add-on is available through a free update as of this publishing.

Also, a fun little tidbit of info: Daymare: 1998 is set to come to consoles! These versions are going through their final preparations, so hopefully, console plebs like myself will finally get to play it!

Daymare: 1998 is available through Steam and GOG.
