Eric “Omnigamer” Koziel, a well-known speedrunner, and business partner Kristopher Cost have announced the formal launch of Game Ventures, a crowdfunding platform for video game challenge contests.
Game Ventures has announced a unique $2000 Bounty for Resident Evil Village on the platform to commemorate their launch. Players can collect the Bounty award by reporting a fast performance for an “Any percent ” Village of Shadows difficulty playing.
Fans can even make additional contributions to increase the reward (and competition). Click here for additional information on the Bounty rules and parameters, or to contribute to the award’s growth.
Game Ventures recognizes and promotes important gaming accomplishments through a one-of-a-kind crowdfunding platform in which any gaming enthusiast can design a monetary prize for any incremental gaming objective. These objectives include completing a game in the shortest amount of time, obtaining the best score, and more.
Users construct Bounties by defining the purpose and regulations, then funding a monetary award to help it reach its fulfillment. Once the Bounty is publicly publicized, other Game Ventures users can add to it and raise the stakes for competition.
